Emotional health refers to your ability to recognise, manage, and express your feelings. Happiness ,sadness anger – Good or bad is emotion. For example, a person who suppresses his feelings is less healthy than someone who expresses his feelings. Furthermore, suppressing unpleasant feeling will not help you achieve emotional well-being. Indeed, listening to and responding to your passion leads to happiness, which allows you to be resilient and gives you the strength to deal with everything in your life.
Environmental factors do have an impact on people’s ability to express their feelings. According to some research, illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and immune system suppression can be linked to distress (Stewart-Brown, 1998).Every turn could lead to distress.
