World health organization define health as" health is a state of complete well being of an individual, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually not just the absence of diseases".

We can now define emotional health.  In a nutshell, "state of positive psychological functioning is Emotional health."

Emotional health refers to your ability to recognise, manage, and express your feelings. Happiness sadness anger - Good or bad is emotion

For example, a person who suppresses his feelings is less healthy than someone who expresses his feelings.

 Furthermore, suppressing unpleasant feeling will not help you achieve emotional well-being. Indeed, listening to and responding to your passion leads to happiness

which allows you to be resilient and gives you the strength to deal with everything in your life.
